     "They are a stable company with good management and a very good reputation in their industry. They are involved mainly in the publishing industry, not the engineering industry where all my background has been."

     "They have a few remaining engineering clients who need to be supported, and during that time I will be learning the subscription fulfillment industry. This position will also allow me to stay where I am, work out of my home and travel to the client site when necessary.

     "One of my future goals was to get a position with a firm where I could do consulting on a part time basis. This firm is willing to work with me to allow me to work part time in a few years when I am ready to cut back in my commitment to a full time job."
